We are an artisan sourdough bakery with a passion for pizzas. Grace began making pizzas at the age of 14 and delved into her pizza making while at university, hosting numerous pizza parties for friends. 

Wanting to make her pizzas healthier Grace made her own sourdough starter, from which her bread baking began.

When the UK went into lockdown during the Covid 19 pandemic Grace began to do bread drops for friends and family around her local area.
